Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color or model, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and place your items in the original compostable packaging or a small envelope.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new case within 5-7 business days.
